EARNING POINTS
As a guest, once you establish a profile, you are automatically set up to earn points. Guests earn points by purchasing products and services.

Services
Earn 0.5 points on every $1 spent. For example, purchase $100 worth of services and receive 50 points.

Products
Earn 1 point on every $1 spent. For example, purchase $50 worth of products and receive 50 points.

Double Points
Earn 2x points on hair and eyelash extensions and spray tans.

REDEEMING POINTS
Points are redeemable for retail purchases only. Once 100 points have been accumulated, guests are eligible to redeem points on the next purchase. Points expire at the end of each calendar year (12/31/20XX).

Example: A guest has 250 points or $2.50. The guest would like to redeem points on their next retail product purchase. The guest can redeem 250 points or $2.50.

This replaces the current loyalty program.
